About Me!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Stephanie and I am currently a full time student at CSUSM. My major is Liberal Studies which is teaching!!!! I was born and raised in Oceanside California and I also attended my several years of school. The Elementary school that i went to was Libby Elementary, and my middle school was Martin Luther King Jr Middle School. This school was only 2 or 3 years old when I started to go there. The high school I went to was El Camino High School. After High school I attended Mira Costa College in which I graduated and got my AA degree in Liberal Studies. After Mira Costa I transferred out to CSUSM and have been here for a year now moving on to my second year! Yay I am almost done i need one more class after this semester then i graduate with my BA then re-enrolling so that I may start on my Credential.

Moving on to technology, I can work with it, I can learn programs pretty quickly and I'm able to live without it if i ever have to :) My newest thing that i have is my Droid Razor and I love it. The love of my life bought it for me and its the funnest little device I have at this moment. I own a laptop that my wonderful father bought for me and i love it to death because i now have a place to view all my photos I take. I actually have to hide it though because of the little ones in my house when they come over. (Goddaughter and Nephew) Yes they look like little angels but trust me they are my little monsters. I love taking pictures and that is where my time is usually consumed. My boyfriend hates pictures but oh well he loves me so he puts up with all the pictures that I take of him.

When reading the Education Mission Statement I totally agree with the fact that we are here to teach all students no matter what. No matter what situation we may be in, everyone deserves an education and we need to be more than happy to teach them. We live in a multicultural world and we should be grateful to live in an area in which we have such beautiful cultures and races all around us. Not every area in the world can say that they can experience different cultures like we can. If anyone believes different than I can only hope that they leave it at the door once they are in the class full of students. I hope to learn more about being a better future teacher and an even better person!

Oh and one last thing! This is my Bear! His name is Brent and he is actually my High school crush and we recently just got together finally and have been together for a year and one month yesterday!
